DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS (DACA)
In June 2012, President Obama announced a special program for people who came to the U.S. as children and meet certain other requirements. The program is called "Deferred Action for Certain Childhood Arrivals", or "DACA" for short. Because President Obama was recently reelected to serve as President for another four years, we expect this program will remain in effect for the foreseeable future.
We can certainly help you determine whether you are eligible, and assist you in applying. Call or email us today to schedule a consult with one of our attorneys. We are charging reduced consultation fees for people who believe they are eligible for DACA.
